What Mentors Do

As a mentor with Beautifully Owned by Us, you may:

• Meet with your mentee virtually or in person (as scheduled)

• Offer encouragement, accountability, and guidance

• Share industry insight, life experience, or business advice

• Support personal and professional goal development

• Serve as a positive and empowering role model

You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to be willing to show up.

Time Commitment

We respect your time and aim to keep mentorship realistic and manageable:

• Flexible scheduling

• Typically 1–2 check-ins per month

• Minimum commitment of 6 months

• Orientation and ongoing support provided

Who Can Become a Mentor?

We welcome mentors from diverse backgrounds, especially those with experience in:

• Beauty, health, or wellness industries

• Business ownership or entrepreneurship

• Education, leadership, or community service

• Personal growth, life skills, or professional development

No prior mentoring experience is required. A willingness to listen, support, and encourage is what matters most.

How the Process Works
